Warranty Period
The warranty period for all of our products is one year from its installation when our expert service will be provided free of charge except for the consumable parts such as a belt. After one year warranty period elapsed, you may enter into an extended warranty contract on an annual basis for the monthly periodic checkup of the machine.
Dead on Arrival
Is the device not functioning within 8 days after receiving it? The device will be replaced free of charge, contact the Man-Digital helpdesk.
Charges
Repair or replacement within the guarantee period is free of charge (if it concerns manufacturing fault). The forwarding charges are shared (you pay the charges for shipment to Man-Digital and Man-Digital pays the charges for the return).
The charges are on your own account, if the repair or the replacement is made beyond the guarantee period or if it concerns repair due to damage.

Step Plan Warranty and Deficiencies
1. Contact the Man-Digital helpdesk for assistance.
2. You receive an RMA number in case of a deficiency.
3. Return the device to Man-Digital as described above, togrther with a copy of the invoice and the RMA number stated on it.
